Mackerel and Herring Fillet Canning Line make . Consists of one two-trolley
defrosting unit type TC-2 for block frozen fish fillets incl. four trolleys, one
cooking / cooling tunnel. Capacity of cooking tunnel 500 kg/h. The packing
section consists of one can separator / destacker, one packing belt (manual packing), one check weighing / return system, one sauce pre-filling system,
one sauce topping-up system, one can seaming machine make TRIO type TAF4 set for Hansa, Club and Dingley cans. Finally the cans are led
through one can washing machine to the continuous retort basket filling section. The canning line also includes a complete sauce kitchen for heating, mixing, chilling, storing and pumping sauce. The line has also been used for cooking / canning of salmon. It has only been in use for a few months, and it looks as new. (The line uses a total of12 operators in full production of hand packed fillets, energy req. about 15kw)
Capacity ca. 25 000 cans per 8 hour shift, but this could be doubled by adding an additonal seamer and pre-clincher.

2. Dosing machine for tomatosauce and oil (rotor)

10. Freezing machines (compressor, evaporate) for 5 rooms of 350 M3, each containing 200 tons of fish
11. Quick Freezer for fish 5-8 tons in 24 Hours
12. 2nd hand small equipment, Stainless tables, transport facilities etc.
